When do paid plans start?
Paid plans are planned to launch in 2027. During the 2026 pilot, all features are completely free for every user.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-year, you only pay for the remaining period.
What are Spotlight Posts?
Spotlight Posts let providers publish updates, highlights, and promotions into the marketplace feed — giving programmes extra visibility with agents who are actively browsing.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in. Annual plans are billed yearly and monthly plans can be cancelled anytime.
Do agents pay too?
Not initially. Pricing applies to programme providers. Agents can use APExchange for free.
